A member asked:

I have a stiff neck from sleeping wrong and cant move it to the right. if i crack it or move it really quickly to the right will it break?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No it will not break: No it will not break.Neck stiffness from sleeping wrong is due to spasm in the muscles. And it can be painful to move the neck. You can take anti-inflammatory non steroidal pain medicine like Ibuprofen or Naproxen sodium for pain and inflammation. And if persists consult your doctor and he may prescribe muscle relaxant as well.Non steroidals only if there is no allergy and stomach ulcers
