Unknown: Without knowing the extent of your surgery or the pre-surgical condition of the loose tooth, the best advice is to have your treating surgeon evaluate the area and that swelling.

Loose tooth: Should be evaluated. Return to the General Dentist or specialist Oral Surgeon that did the surgery for post-surgical care.
