Gastroenteritis?: You probably have an intestinal infection like Gastroenteritis causin abdominal pain and diarrhea.Most of these are caused by viruses and are self limiting.You need to drink plenty fluids to prevent dehydration and increase diet gradually as tolerated.Other causes can be bacterial infection with salmonella and schigella.If does not get better consult your doctor
