Abdominal pain: If one has the urge but has to strain to have a bm, it's best to work from below using glycerin or dulcolax rectal suppository. A gentle fleets enema may be needed. Since you have a low grade fever and right sided abdominal pain, appendicitis is a concern. I recommend an examination by a physician or abdominal surgeon if symptoms persist.
