Try a few doses of: Milk of Magnesia (magnesium hydroxide). If no BM , you may have a fecal impaction requiring manual removal. This can be done in a minor emergency facility. They can also check you for this fever, which should be measured. Seek medical help in the next 24-48 hrs or immediately if symptoms become worse.
