Approximare: Clean the wound well and dry it well .Try to bring edges together with tape or gauze with putting under too much pressure. The closer you can get edges together the finer the scar will b. Monitor for infection by watching for oain, redness, or foul drainage. Change dressing if it gets soiled. If in doubt get evaluation when you can
