Burning when urinating, was started on Bactrim. After using antibiotic still had burning. Thought I had yeast infection. took Diflucan. still had symptom's. diagnosed with vaginosis. weeks later have burning and itching voiding urgency? why?

Had UTI, took Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) and 1 diflucan pill to take after. 2 weeks later have a lot of burning in vulva and itchiness. Is this a yeast infection?
Can yeast in the bladder cause it to spasm and cause a burning pain even when not urinating? No UTI, on Diflucan, (fluconazole) still have symptoms. Thank you!
