Seek help: Start by seeing your family physician to rule out medical causes. He or she may refer you to a clinical psychologist or a psychiatrist or both for further assessment and treatment. Good luck.

Panic Attacks: If you are having a great deal of anxiety first have a physical exam with a Doctor to find out if you have an illness. If not then it would be good to consult with a Clinical Psychologist for help. Medication can be useful in addition to psychotherapy.
