Maybe, but: Entering adulthood with a daily psych medication seems to me a sad life sentence possibility. Before you move toward a pharma-solution please consider and try a good course of CBT psychotherapy. You can learn skills to avoid, reduce and manage anxiety and your life in general. It's a great value for a lifetime of quality living. If medication is absolutely needed, they can advise short-term use.
