Bp went to 147/127 heart rate 188 for 20min. then back to normal. same thing happen 1 month ago. this is at rest.

Needs work-up.: There could be a significant diagnosis here that needs to be uncovered. Pheochromocytoma? Hyperthyroidism? He really needs some blood testing plus/minus imaging studies.
