Consistency : The CDC wants young adults to get an hour of exercise a day. Older adults about 20-30 minutes/day. Exercise decreases your weight, cholesterol, and cardiovascular risk. Start with walking. Slowly advance your level of activity. If the increased heart rate is associated with shortness of breath, discomfort, chest pain or fam history heart disease see MD for EKG/Holter Monitor or ZIO patch.

Deconditioned: Deconditioned state will improve with continued regular aerobic exercise: suggest 30 min brisk walk , stationary bike or swimming as good options
