I got my upper lip and lower lip frenectomy done two days back by laser and im afraid when im smiling too wide the inside of my upper lip is sagging.

Swelling: Give it a week to 10 days for swelling to go down. Maxillary labial frenum does not hold your upper lip up, so having a frenectomy will not change lip posture.
