I am thinking that your bone grafting procedure was done to correct bone loss on your lower anterior teeth, secondary to that frenum pulling and tugging on the gingiva causing recession. Without the procedure those lower teeth would be lost. I have never encountered anyone with such a drastic change following a frenectomy. It would be best to consult with a local oral surgeon re your options.
