My daughter is 1 year and 10 months. she's had a fever since thursday & it's not breaking. it's now reaching 39.3c. when should i take her to the er? we think its teething but just a bit worried now as she seemed dazed this evening.

Fever: I would give tylenol every 4 hrs or advil every 6 hrs and observe her. If she develops a higher fever over 1-2 d or other symptoms i.e. emesis, rash, lethargy and fussy, then I would get her checked at the pedi MD. Welcome to health tap, Dr. Ivy Fisher
