Many self healing viral illnesses will present with low grade fever like this. The worry factor is best applied to the overall picture of their activities. If they feed well, play some and urinate every 6-8 hours they are hydrated and tolerating their illness. If they spook you by laying around inactive and fussy constantly you take them in.

Check the dose of infant Tylenol with your Pediatrician or Pharmacist. There are many formulations of Tylenol. Infant Tylenol is usually recommended. If the fever lasts more than 48 hours or there is a concerning change in breathing, feeding or appearance, please see a Pediatrician. Watch for these signs. Please follow up.
