Immediate exam: It is dangerous for your baby to have diarrhea for a week. She may be dehydrated even though she appears hydrated and she may be malnourished by now. The diarrhea could be due to an infection or a feeding problem. Whatever the cause may be your child's life could be at risk and she needs to be examined at a clinic immediately. Take her to a clinic immediately for proper evaluation and treatment!

2 examinations: She may have 1 problem or coincidental dental and systemic problems. Call Pediatrician, especially because of persistent diarrhea. Also the 1 year milestone is when your child should have her first dental examination, even if no teeth have erupted yet. See a Pediatric Dental Specialist, a Pedodontist, for all the same reasons you see a Pediatrician instead of a GP.
