Lean proteins and ve: Veggies, fruits and lean protein foods are the best. Avoid extra sugars and sweets, no fried foods and avoid animal fats. Healthy source of proteins are nuts, eggs, low fat dairy, soy based foods(tofu) and fish.Limit daily calories to less than 1500.
