In terms of kidney cyst. it said 2 1/2 years ago it was 1 cm x .8 x 1.3 and now it says complex cyst 1.7x1.6x1.2. can it change to complex? fu how?

It is harmless: Cysts in the kidneys are very common. They are benign and therefore do not require regular follow up. Your cyst has grown some small amount but it is of no consequence. Unless you have some symptoms you do not need and regular follow up at least no sooner than every 2-3 years, that too if you have symptoms.
