I have a hard, bluish-green bump/nodule under the skin on my chin that appeared literally overnight last weekend. it is sensitive to touch and about 7mm wide. what could it be? should i go see a doctor?

Yes get it checked: It needs to be examined to find out what it is.It could be a enlarged lymph gland or a small boil.It can only be diagnosed by examination
