There is a Dose rang: Like most other pain pills, the dose can be adjusted upwards but it is best done under the supervision of your doctor who prescribed it for you. The standard dose is 100 every 8 hourly(300mg). But the dose can be increased to a maximum amount of 400 mg over 24 hours, if the lower dose is not adequate for pain relief.
