?cause of Pain: We need to find the cause of your pains first. These pain medicines are not likely to be the cause of your neutropenia. I suggest you repeat your CBC and if it is low WBC count, then you need to see a hematologist. A bone marrow examination may be indicated in case you have persistent neutropenia.

Possibly: Your symptoms are not necessarily indicative of leukemia and may be caused by other clinical situations; however, prolonged bone pain in a young individual is a reason for concern and should be investigated. Consulting with your physician and performing several laboratory tests including a CBC is recommended.
