What do i need to prepare for circumcision. and does my employer have to know all the details. or they can be told im have a small procedure?

Employer Does Not: need all details though they may ask for a statement from the doctor of proof that you were treated and how long you need to be off or have your duties modified. Preparing is mainly mental for this in that you know what they will be doing. The doctor should tell you anything special he/she wants you to do before hand but it's doubtful anything special will be needed.
