NO- please don't: Acetaminophen + codeine + ibuprofen (3 ingredients in Mybulen) plus alprazolam or xanor is a dangerous combination. Using a narcotic (mybulen) with a benzodiapine can cause central nervous system depression (respiratory distress, coma, or death)
