There are many other: possible diagnoses besides yours. Especially since it has lasted a month and you are not dead. In fact usually HBP is painless and has no symptoms and Aneurysm is too (until it ruptures.) You should see a health care professional for a real diagnostic evaluation and testing. It will set your mind at ease.
