ER-now: Although thi smay be a type of cluster migraine: I strongly suggest ER evaluation to include a CT scan and neurological evaluation. Light sensitivity is called photophobia- common in type of migraine, but you still need immediate ER evaluation.

See ophthalmologist: Aching pain and sensitivity to light can be a serious eye problem (iritis, or angle closure glaucoma among other things). You should be seen by an ophthalmologist to rule these out.
