Sounds like: a frontal sinus/middle ear infection (Upper Respiratory Infection or URI) Most of the time the "culprit" is a virus (most commonly the common cold RHINOVIRUS) The headache and earache MAY indicate a bacterial "superinfection) thus a anti-biotic indicated.
