10 days of right side head pains. not a constant headache. sinus pressure, come & go ear discomfort, occasional ear ringing, random pains on top & side of head, a few sharp eye pains & back of head was sore for a few days. big fear of aneurysm. idea?

Exam needed: 10 days of those symptoms warrant an investigation. I recommend consulting your physician or a neurologist or an Otolaryngologist, as neuralgia,muscle contraction tension headaches as well as sinusitis and middle ear infections are possibilities. Appropriate testing will be done. Stress management therapy should be helpful if tension headaches and anxiety are diagnosed.
