Self suffering from diabetics, last march in 2017 my h1bac is 9.9 and last week is 7.7 i. i am under medication of janumet 50/500 .i used to monitor my blood sugar values on daily basis,now days it is fluctuating from 200-90, not sure y this happens?

Lack of insulin: One medication is not sufficient to control your blood sugar, it is imperative that you consult an endocrinologist for better management of your diabetes, It may require you to inject yourself with insulin. Wish you good health!
