Not from the sugar: Your dizziness does not seem to be related to a low or high blood sugar and has likely a different cause. If persisting see your doc for an exam and detailed history so that it can be addressed properly.

Dizziness : There are many causes of dizziness....without a detailed medical evaluation I can't provide a diagnosis. A blood sugar of 82 is normal and will not cause symptoms in most people.

Dehydration: Dehydration is a common cause of dizziness on getting up. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless.
