Off load.: Unfortunately, there is no "best" solution. I am not sure as to the descriptors bursal condition and plantar fascia being used together. The bursal sac typically is immediately beneath the heel bone and the fascial inflammation is just in front of the heel. Either way, any weight bearing will only serve to forestall any recovery, quick or long term. Non weight bearing, crutches and heat gets it.
