Get checked: Differential diagnosis includes HIV, LGV, Lymphoma, TB or Nearby Infection of the head and neck! The infection could be bacterial, viral or fungal!

Concerning: Lymph nodes can be found in many areas of the body including the supraclavicular area. However, the area you describe is concerning when lymph nodes are located there and you need an evaluation to make sure that the small nodes you describe are benign and do not require further workup.
