Headache: Can be something less serious like tension headaches/migraine (especially if had since younger) or could particularly in your age bracket be something more serious such as giant cell arteritis or even some issue/lesion in the brain. Needs an urgent doctor examination and may need tests such as bloods (ESR, CRP) and maybe even brain imaging done. All the best.
