Hard to tell: Did a dentist diagnose the abscess? If it is truly an abscessed tooth due to a dying nerve and need for root canal treatment (if the tooth is saveable and a good candidate for root canal treatment) then the fluid coming out of the abscess would be pus, which is thick, yellowish and not watery. See your dentist asap for definitive treatment.
