Needs exam: You may have a cavity in that area or a loose filling or an open contact... really can't tell over the internet. Please see your dentist.

See your dentist: for evaluation, x-rays and treatment if needed. There are many causes of gum/teeth diseases. Many of them have similar symptoms, which makes them very difficult to diagnose without proper examination.

Weird: "Weird" is not diagnostically descriptive. Your pressure-activated symptoms could indicate a cavity, broken filling, cracked tooth, early abscess, bone damage, change in occlusion, bruxism, food impaction, malocclusion, etc. Please call your Dentist for an appointment to properly examine you and discuss treatment options. Don't ignore this.
