I get a pulsating feeling in my head, sinuses and my top gums. the pulsating is in sync with my heartbeat. i know have bilat anterior canal bppv and inner ear fistula's .. what could it be causing it?

?: Your symptoms are varied to the point that it would be wise to see your family physician. Most likely sinusitis could be the reason but you need an exam to be sure.

Tinnitus heart beat: Get your hearing checked and see an ent. An ENT will make sure there is no fluid in the ears. They make check an MRI and mra to make sure it is not something in the brain. Good luck.
