Med interactions.: Per Drugs.Com drug interaction checker, there is moderate potential for a drug interaction when escitalopram & ibuprofen are mixed. There is ^ bleeding risk BUT this is more likely if there is renal/ hepatic disease or you are elderly. Many people take this medication combination with no problems. Hope you feel better soon.
