Eats less,exercise m: For good health our body needs a balanced meal made of carbs, proteins and some healthy fats. A good source of healthy carbs are grains(avoid sugars as much as possible), good amount of proteins from eggs, fish, nuts and low fat dairy.No saturated fats(avoidingredmeats) but use oils for cooking(olive oil is the best.).
