Take the first step: Limit carbs and minimize the intake of red meat, increase dietary protein, reduce the use of salt, no sodas diet or regular and get to the gym. In the gym do cardio 3x a week and strength training 3-4 times a week. It you can afford it, a personal trainer can help at least get you started with how to train.
