In reality: Focus on a diet rich in colorful veggies and fruits. If you are interested in a "commercial" diet, people fairly well on Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers. Exercise wise, remember, squeeze it in whenever you can and whatever gets your heart rate up ... try to get in at least 150 mins/week.
