Appendix...R Ovary..: The right Lower abdomen contains some structures/organs that can cause significant problems if they are infected/ injured without receiving attention. The Appendix, parts of the large & small colons, the R ovary and tube for example could be affected. Best to see one's PCP before it becomes an Emergency.
