Sore arms: Sounds as though they are stiffening up on you or you are resting on them. When you get up and walk, it "wakes them up" in a way, delivering more blood and loosening up the muscles. You may try stretching them prior to sleep by grabbing the ends of your fingers and gentle pulling back until you feel a stretch through your forearms.Hyland's leg cramp formula is an otc homeopathic remedy, might help.
