Did doc talk 2 U ?: The essence of a medical encounter is a thorough history, a careful physical exam and then if called for a laboratory and imaging examination. You only stated that it hurts when you sleep in the prone position and you had an MRI and X-rays. You really need to get a more complete medical workup and that takes more than 400 spaces.
