4 yr old son urine foams up in toilet, urinalysis says protein 0 mg/ dl, do i need to check albumin or other test? got 4 urinalysis done all clear.

If the urinalysis: is all clear in terms of protein, maybe there is something in the toilet causing the foaming. Left over soap or other products. Have him pee in something other than the toilet and see if the problem still occurs. If so then take him to a pediatrician for evaluation.
