No: Something is wrong! some occasional ortho static proteinuria, with exercizes but look for a cause before writing it off.

Yes: Albumin less than 30 mg /dl is normal , anything above is sign of some issues with your kidneys . Albumin and protein are not interchangebla so first you make sure which one are you talking about.
