MS as a disease is a progressively deteriorating neurological condition. Since many forms of this disease are treatable with modern medications to slow down the degenerative process, one should see a Neurologist who specializes in this condition for the most appropriate treatment. Do not wait for symptoms to find a doctor. Please do it now.

If you have clinically definite MS, you need treatment with a newer potent medication. Cognitive problems may occur early and even be the initial difficulties noted in MS. These can worsen without treatment, and cause disability. MS cannot be effectively be controlled "naturally". See a neurologist who specializes in MS.
