If you have clinically definite MS, you need treatment with a newer potent medication. Cognitive problems may occur early and even be the initial difficulties noted in MS. These can worsen without treatment, and cause disability. MS cannot be effectively be controlled "naturally". See a neurologist who specializes in MS.
