Right numb/ swollen: Could be impingement from a nerve like thoracic outlet or vascular occlusion either artery ( your hand would be cold ) or vein, or could be lyme if in your area, or shingles or herpes or rarely MS , autoimmune or vascular brain issue. F/u/ w/ doc /ER /urgent care today.
