How do you treat tendonitis in the wrist? both of my hands are swollen and there is a knot on the top of my wrist on the thumb side, in line with the index finger. my finger knuckles are numb when popped and feel weird. that's what i think it is. ty?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may have carpal tunnel syndrome. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably a rheumatologist. Wish you good health!
