Not too much: Snacking when you are trying to gain weight>. Nuts are high in calories, contain protein & are high in monosaturated fat (almonds). We all should aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 servings of fruit (bananas) per day. Fruit (sweet potatoes) makes a great snack & this is one time that dried fruits really make sense (prunes & figs). Many people eat more tuna when working to gain >>.
