Today at walmart i touched a towel & noticed blood on my thumb. it was definitely blood! i have a cut and a hang nail on my thumb where it touched. im very worried about hiv as it got into my cut! am i at risk? also this was not blood on the towel.

Unlikely: I suspect that the blood might have come from your own cut. Nonetheless it is highly unlikely you could contract HIV in this manner even if the blood came from an HIV infected person.
