Another cause?: It's possible that the pain is due to another or different cause. If these multiple treatments are not correcting the burning, you should get rechecked for other causes

Revisit the Doctor: Could be re infection, resistance or even a different problem, ( yeast infection), UTI. Best to follow up for exam, cultures and re check.
